Mom's Class (MomMA) + Kids Class

Excited for a unique collaboration between KSJJ + One Dojo DFW in 2024! Sarah Elizabeth Pyles and I will be leading a new kind of ladies' jiu-jitsu program on Fridays at 6PM starting this Friday at Flux MMA/KSJJ in Haltom City. I know, there's a hundred ladies' programs. What's different with this one? We accounted for the diverse needs of female trainees who are often disadvantaged in starting their journey in martial arts. Private space and class for women No mat fees - all affiliations welcome as attendees Joint kids class DURING your class for kiddo training Child care assistance for littles or kiddos with other interests Curriculum shared with you ahead of time No-Gi focus for real-life application/self-defense Focus on the fundamentals and interests of the group Open Mat following for practice with/without Gi/coed partners Coach-led partnering: ensure you have the right partner for you Observation-only option: Come just sit on the mat!
