This Primitive Reflexes class is designed for individuals of all ages, with or without a diagnosis, who experience challenges such as ADHD/ASD, sensory issues, behavioral control problems, learning disabilities, physical coordination, emotional regulation, or school-related difficulties. Led by practitioner Gabrielle Lynch, MA, MSE, this program focuses on resolving brain balance issues naturally by integrating retained primitive reflexes, which can interfere with development when not suppressed in early childhood. Activities include guided movement exercises, sensory engagement tasks, and targeted coordination drills designed to stimulate neural pathways and promote reflex integration. Participants will benefit from individual assessments, interactive classes, and take-home support to help address challenges and improve focus, coordination, and behavior. Affordable pricing and a welcoming environment make this class accessible for individuals and families alike.
